A company is looking for a Remote Automotive Customer Service Agent (Dealer Assistance).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service over the phone and assist automotive dealerships with their orders
• Research requests related to profile assistance and track vehicle shipments and orders
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Ability to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday
• Ohio resident with a distraction-free work environment
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
