Job Summary
A management consulting company is in need of a Remote Automotive Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Presenting course design and materials to internal and client team members
- Developing course outlines and design documents
- Developing proposals for instructional and/or performance intervention strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Comfortable presenting in front of a group and facilitating sessions as needed
- Solid knowledge of course development software
- Proven working experience in instructional design
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- BS in instructional design, educational technology or similar and at least 5 - 7 years of experience
