Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Automotive Insurance Client Success Team Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interfacing with our clients every day, building relationships driving utilization of our product
  • Guiding and mentoring our Client Success Managers as they work with our clients through phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting leadership in the development and consistent reporting of metrics/KPIs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, technology or related field
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Previous experience in client success, tech services or customer support
  • Experienced in communicating across different audiences
  • Proven ability to deliver timely feedback, to lead, coach, and advocate for high-performing teams effectively
  • Familiarity with public company requirements
