Job Summary
An automotive insurance and repairs company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Automotive Insurance Sales and Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Auditing Call Center Reps and Warranty Specialists work efforts as requested.
- Finding and reviewing call recordings/screens for management requests and projects
- Documenting both adherence and non-adherence to the defined objective
Required Skills:
- Ability to analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve issues
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be reliable and trustworthy and keep confidentiality
- Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills
