Job Summary

An automotive insurance and repairs company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Automotive Insurance Sales and Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Auditing Call Center Reps and Warranty Specialists work efforts as requested.
  • Finding and reviewing call recordings/screens for management requests and projects
  • Documenting both adherence and non-adherence to the defined objective

Required Skills:

  • Ability to analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve issues
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be reliable and trustworthy and keep confidentiality
  • Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills
