Job Summary
A digital automotive marketplace has an open position for a Remote Automotive Investor Relations Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to and manage engagements with external advisors including investment banks and management consulting firms
- Manage communication with the Board of Directors and provide regular IR updates
- Coordinate scheduling of investor meetings, conference calls, and conferences
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in managing investor relations in a publicly-traded company
- Proven track record with building trust and long-term relationships within the investment community
- Knowledge of equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance and financial planning and analysis
- Ability to manage numerous time-sensitive matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to personally create impactful presentations in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc
- Sets, pursues and follows-through with achieving goals with a sense of urgency
