Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Automotive Mechanic Claims Representative in Detroit.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls related to automobile mechanical problems
• Helping car owners understand why a claim is approved or denied
• Determining if repairs are covered under warranty

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3 years automotive mechanical experience or
• 3 years mechanical claims experience
• Strong communication skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to use mechanical knowledge to understand the issue with callers
