Job Summary

Managing program profitability and client relationships, the full-time Remote Automotive Operations Manager will oversee training, staff development, and performance management while ensuring compliance with service level agreements and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow revenue of programs, ensuring profitability and retention
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, focusing on staff development and performance management
• Analyze client service level agreements and implement improvement plans as needed

Required qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree preferred with over ten years of experience, including two to four years of progressive management experience
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members effectively
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and reside in the United States
