Job Summary
An e-commerce retailer of automotive parts and accessories is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Automotive Parts Retail Accounting Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing accounting and clerical support to the Accounting and Merchandising Departments
- Entering invoices for payment on a timely basis and reconcile to credit card statements
- Monitoring status of accounts receivable and confirming credits/refunds have been received
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of two years previous experience in an accounting department
- Experience and working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word)
- Working knowledge of Google products (Gmail, Web Search, Docs, Calendar)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
