Job Summary

A customer engagement service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Automotive Parts Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Placing outbound phone calls to dealerships to follow up on recent inquiries
  • Help customers with parts ordering and status
  • Assist customers with order cancelations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive parts specialist
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Thorough knowledge of automobile mechanical and electronic functions
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
