Remote Automotive Phone Specialist

Job Summary

A car dealership company has a current position open for a Remote Automotive Phone Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience
• Keep current with service updates, including: checking open recalls, specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer
• Perform outbound follow-up calls

Qualifications Include:

• Customer service background
• Ability to perform outbound calls
• Ability to answer inbound calls
• Ability to perform all duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
