Job Summary

An automotive dealership needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Automotive Phone Specialist in Junction City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Make warm, opt-in calls to customers and scheduling appointments for salespersons
• Reach out to others who have expressed interest in our new and pre-owned inventory

Qualifications Include:

• Microsoft Office suite and basic computer knowledge required
• At least 1 year in customer service
• Are an excellent communicator with active listening skills
• Must have enthusiasm for both personal and team success
