Remote Automotive Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Automotive Sales Representative will assist customers with their automotive accessory purchases, handle inquiries through various communication channels, and leverage product knowledge to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication via calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding orders and product inquiries
• Make outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and close sales, while suggesting corresponding modifications to enhance vehicles
• Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently, meeting performance expectations for customer service and sales goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Excellent sales ability with some product knowledge or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
