Job Summary
A car rental and transportation services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Automotive Service Advisor in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing timely response to repair orders submitted by phone and email, in an efficient and friendly manner
- Reviewing proposals to ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations
- Negotiating pricing, assess and apply proper warranty and post-warranty applications while creating, issuing, and explaining purchase orders according to our operating procedure
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must reside in Orlando, Florida
- Minimum 1 year of experience/technical knowledge in an automotive and/or truck dealership service department or repair facility required, 2 years preferred
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Minimum of four approved ASE certifications that are current
- Basic PC knowledge and typing skills
- Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
