Job Summary
A car rental and transportation services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Automotive Service Advisor in Tampa.
Must be able to:
- Provide timely response to repair orders
- Review proposals to ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed
- Negotiate pricing, assess and apply proper warranty and post-warranty applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year of experience/technical knowledge in an automotive and/or truck dealership service
- Six months of customer service experience
- Minimum of four approved ASE certifications that are current
- Basic PC knowledge and typing skills
- Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
