Job Summary
A technology is seeking a Remote Automotive Service Center Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to Service Centers answering installation and technical issues
- Providing administrative support for services center and internal departments
- Documenting Service Center inquiries onto system of record
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year with 12-volt, reading schematics, and troubleshooting automotive electrical system
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office (Outlook, basic Word) and PDF
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and the best possible experience
- Ability to receive calls and emails internally and externally
- Experience with problem solving and conflict resolution
