Job Summary
A fleet management and mobility solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Automotive Service MAP Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Adhering to current parts and labor reference guides for parts pricing and labor times
- Managing client authorizations limits and instructions
- Conducting proper follow up on all down vehicles and pending transactions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Technical knowledge of automotive repair
- Customer service oriented
- Clear, concise communication both verbally and in writing
- Creative and efficient problem solving
- ASE C1 and one of the following A4, A5, A6, or A7 within first 12 months
- High School diploma or equivalent
