Job Summary

A global leader in data and software services is filling a position for a Remote Automotive Virtual Tech Support.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Executing transactions, (combination of technical assistance calls and documentation of technical assistance calls)
  • Generating a minimum percentage of verified repairs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-year automotive degree or combination of experience and education equivalent
  • ASE master certification
  • 5+ years’ automotive experience in a professional facility
  • Must have credentials of factory training or certifications
  • Competent usage of computer equipment and office software products
