Job Summary

A customer relationship management organization is seeking a Remote Automotive Technical Claims Representative in Melbourne.

Must be able to:

  • Receive inbound contacts regarding extended service contract coverage
  • Provide claims adjudication per contract terms and contact handling processes
  • Communicate responses to customer concerns and inquiries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Automotive technical experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of the Internet, computers, and software
  • Must type 20 WPM
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
