Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Avaya Contact Center Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing pre and post sales call center technical support to all associates and customers
  • Providing technical briefings and technical demonstrations to both customers and associates
  • Providing PSO type services on new and existing Avaya products

Required Skills:

  • Five or more years’ experience in the implementation role of call centers
  • Expert knowledge of the Avaya product line of PBX’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong problem solving skills are essential
  • Business and professional customer contact skills required
