Job Summary
An information technology and consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Avaya Unified Communications CC Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring customer applications and solutions for health status
- Monitoring solutions in the customer's environment
- Monitoring solutions deployed in a dual data center with ASP4200 R4
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to remotely utilize two customer-provided monitoring systems
- Ability to perform CM Tracing that is available in Avaya solutions
- Ability to perform SIP Tracing that is available in Avaya solutions
- Ability to subscribe to a scheduled routine of solution log reviews and alarm checking
- Understanding of call center technology, inbound and outbound voice systems and networks, VoIP systems, and LAN protocols
