An energy company has a current position open for a Remote Aviation Customer Onboarding Specialist in Miami.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Educate customers and users on how existing and new product features work
- Ensure consistent onboarding for new users and customers
- Create and continuously update customer knowledge base
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum three years relevant experience in customer service
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Experience in business aviation or aviation related industry
- Fluent in crew scheduling and FAR regulations for 135 and 91 operators
- Highly-technically proficient and a quick learner
