Job Summary
An insurance and benefits company is filling a position for a Remote AVP Specialty Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring product line quality outcomes by providing technical direction and subject matter expertise
- Ensuring performance against established goals/objectives
- Overseeing the profitable growth of the business unit by driving sales and marketing plans and behaviors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travels as required
- 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 years Professional Liability experience
- 4 years supervisory experience managing multiple teams/locations including responsibilty for profit/loss
- Strong technical claims knowledge in Professional Liability product lines
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
