Job Summary

A cloud technology company is in need of a Remote AWS DevOps Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Automate infrastructure deployments for customer environments on the AWS Platform
  • Educate customers on AWS and Rackspace best practices and architecture
  • Act as an escalation point for our AWS Support Engineers when required

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Experience automating and orchestrating workloads on AWS
  • Experience with GIT and/or Visual Studio Online
  • Proficient leveraging CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployment
  • Knowledge of databases (Aurora, RDS, Postgres, SQL Server and/or MySQL)
  • Working knowledge of Operating Systems
