Job Summary

A multinational internet retailer is in need of a Remote AWS Documentation Content Insights and Quality Business Analyst III.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting analysis of customer feedback to drive content strategy decisions
  • Developing dashboards for broad, organizational access and use of customer feedback
  • Helping direct design of data infrastructure

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in an analytical area
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in data science, business analytics, finance, business intelligence (BI), or comparable analytics positions
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills to access and transform data into insights
  • Experience with a business intelligence reporting tool such as Tableau or Quicksight
