Job Summary

A provider of customer engagement services is seeking a Remote AWS Lead Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as an AWS Solutions Architect for Contact Center
  • Working in a client facing capacity with customers to understand their needs and goals for their contact center
  • Helping design POCs, working samples, and demos for potential clients

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of WFM, CRM, Unified Communications, and Contact centers
  • Demonstrated understanding of popular communications protocols such as WebRTC and SIP
  • Demonstrated comfort with presenting/conversing with high-level team members in the enterprise space
  • Robust understanding of the AWS ecosystem
  • Experience writing code/scripting in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, Python, or similar
  • Ability to design POCs, working samples, and demos for potential clients
