Job Summary
A health information technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote AWS Support Staff Splunk Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating Internal and External facing Knowledge Articles for the Service Desk
- Ensuring tickets are responded to and resolved within Service Level Agreements for each customer
- Helping maintain the ticketing systems to ensure SLA Goals are met, tickets are updated daily, and to ensure timely resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Has the thorough knowledge to create plans to assure effective management, operations, and maintenance of systems
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required
- OR 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Extensive knowledge of a wide variety of systems and networks to include high volume/high availability systems
