Job Summary
A financial products provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Azure SQL Database Engineering Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding needs and successfully communicating challenges and their solutions to senior and executive management
- Planning, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining environment/database/user security
- Responding to and resolving database access and performance issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Microsoft Azure experience is required
- Azure SQL Database High Availability architecture, DR models, multi-site deployment
- Azure's advanced threat protection to assist with data classification, vulnerability assessment, and threat detection
- ADLS for ETL processes
- Performance, analytics, tuning, metrics, logging
- All other requirements necessary for this position
