Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Azure Technical Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Lead design, development, migration and implementation of several complex web based java applications in/to Azure cloud environment
  • Support Architecture team in defining the technology roadmaps for the applications
  • Understand the business needs and convert them into Technology and cloud architecture fit by leveraging architecture approved tools and solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience building software applications using Java/J2EE technology in a web based application environment
  • 7+ years of experience in building Microservices/APIs to be exposed internally and externally with highest performance levels
  • 2+ years of experience with migrating Java applications to the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform
