Job Summary

A marketing and technology consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote B2B and IT Support Services Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing 3rd party vendor that provides EDI integration services
  • Managing Desktop Support Process & Staff
  • Managing Trouble Ticket Process & Support Staff

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field
  • 5+ yrs experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience Use Case Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams.
  • Proficient with Business Requirements Gathering
  • Knowledge of Project Management Lifecycle
  • Comfortable with Traditional & Agile PM Methodologies
