To support a growing sales team, the part-time Remote B2B Appointment Setter will make outbound cold calls to small and medium-sized businesses, schedule qualified appointments, and achieve performance-based earnings in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and deliver a 90-second introduction
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and generate a minimum of 10 closed sales per month
  • Document activity and follow up using the company's CRM system
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent outbound B2B appointment setting experience
  • Strong cold-calling and appointment-setting skills
  • Technology proficient with experience using CRM systems and business software
  • Resilient, competitive, and goal-driven attitude
  • Must reside in specified states and have a Windows-based computer with reliable high-speed internet
