Job Summary

A social media company has an open position for a Remote B2B Communications Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Cultivate ongoing media relationships with press and maintain a steady drumbeat of press outreach and coverage
  • Develop & execute reactive & proactive communications plans using all channels: interviews, blog posts, statements, video, etc
  • Support your comms colleagues, advising them on media issues that may arise

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree and/or masters qualification
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills
  • 3+ years communications experience including media relations in technology, media, advertising, and/or sports
  • Good humor, modesty, and high levels of compassion
