Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote B2B Enterprise Software Sales Director.
Must be able to:
- Design and implement effective processes to efficiently support clients of all sizes and touch points
- Consciously create and tailor a winning strategy to each conversation no two deals are the same
- Hit and exceed sales targets through planning and execution
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise sales function with increasing responsibilities
- 3-5+ years of recent, direct enterprise sales people management experience
- Strong understanding of value-based consultative selling
- Prior experience in the SaaS or CSR/HR tech space
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a team of quota-carrying enterprise sales sellers
- Strong knowledge Salesforce, Gong, or other relevant tools
