Job Summary
A B2B marketing platform provider has a current position open for a Remote B2B Marketing Platform Team Lead Development Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing a queue of customer requests using Zendesk and JIRA
- Ensuring the team is responding in a timely manner to customer questions and requests
- Coach the team on responses to customers and areas for improvement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2 years in a role managing multiple complex development projects
- 1-2 years of managing a production workflow
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge and understanding of front-end web development practices
- Troubleshooting and triage skills
- Experience in Customer Services in a B2B or B2C environment
