A cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Remote B2B Product Design Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being a proud people manager and enthusiastically coach your team to hone their crafts
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a talented, diverse, inclusive team of researchers, product designers, and writers
- Coaching the team on how to break down complex problems, write and test hypotheses and craft success measures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to be a strong voice for the company's users and their needs through research, empathy, and understanding
- 3-5 years experience designing and shipping high-quality, impactful, end-to-end experiences as a design lead or manager
- 2-3 years of experience with managing researchers and designers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
