Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote B2B SaaS Customer Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying customer content needs and create FAQs, white papers, videos, and host webinars
  • Working closely with Success and Sales teams on seamless customer transitions
  • Virtually training and onboarding new and existing customers

Required Skills:

  • Host in person customer events, some travel required and attend 2 x annual team retreats
  • At least one year of experience with B2B SaaS
  • Have frontline sales experience of minimum one year
