A privately-held technology company is seeking a Remote B2B SaaS Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support via live chats and emails. Handle live chat inquiries from website leads
- Acting as a trusted adviser to help solve customer problems during all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Troubleshooting technical issues and communicate back to the customer
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Ability to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
- Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
