Job Summary

A privately-held technology company is seeking a Remote B2B SaaS Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing support via live chats and emails. Handle live chat inquiries from website leads
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to help solve customer problems during all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and communicate back to the customer

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • Ability to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
  • Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
  • Graduate with an eagerness to learn, self-starter attitude, an go-getter mentality (we will train you on everything)
