Job Summary

A privately-held technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote B2B SaaS Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support via live chats and emails
  • Handle live chat inquiries from website leads
  • Act as a trusted adviser to help solve customer problems during all stages of the customer lifecycle

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • Ability to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
  • Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
  • Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed
  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • Excellent at multitasking and highly productive
