Job Summary

A digital identity technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote B2B SaaS Head of Growth Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building a full-funnel measurable and repeatable process that delivers close won deals of target accounts
  • Leading strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in partnership
  • Owning worldwide events that optimize for awareness with our ICP's

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading, mentoring, and recruiting high-performing teams
  • 10+ years of B2B, SaaS marketing experience
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Experience driving partner marketing in alignment with our partner sales organization to exceed revenue goals
  • Proven record of modern demand gen practices across events, digital, influencers, social, communities, and content marketing
  • Experience creating and implementing successful seeding, demand creation, nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
