An internet services company is in need of a Remote B2B SaaS Sales Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building, coaching, and leading a team of high-performing sales development representatives
- Developing and owning metrics and reporting for SDR team
- Consistently and predictably achieving performance targets for the SDR team
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience in managing SDRs within a B2B SaaS organization
- Proven history of strong team performance, preferably in hyper-growth environments
