Job Summary

Driving company growth, the full-time Remote B2B Phone Sales Closer will convert warm leads into loyal customers through high-volume outbound calls, leveraging persuasive communication skills in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads and prospects to close B2B sales over the phone
  • Utilize strong objection-handling and persuasion skills to overcome challenges and secure commitments
  • Maintain a fiercely competitive mindset to consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas
Required qualifications:
  • B2B phone sales closing experience
  • Inside sales experience
  • Outbound dialing and cold calling experience
  • Experience in a high call-volume sales role (approximately 250 dials per day)
  • English proficiency sufficient for professional phone-based B2B sales
