A management consulting firm has an open position for a Remote B2B Sales Operations Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting administration/configuration and reporting analytics for the entire organization
- Monitoring daily performance of SDRs
- Making outbound calls (be an SDR) and set B2B appointments for our clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Solid knowledge of complex selling principals
- 2 years Sales Operations experience with advanced experience in Salesforce.com
- 1 years Experience managing or coaching Sales or Lead Gen teams
- 2 years working remotely
- 4 years experience prospecting Business to Business solutions to C-level and VP-level prospects
- 4 years cold calling prospects and managing leads
