Job Summary

A management consulting firm has an open position for a Remote B2B Sales Operations Developer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting administration/configuration and reporting analytics for the entire organization
  • Monitoring daily performance of SDRs
  • Making outbound calls (be an SDR) and set B2B appointments for our clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Solid knowledge of complex selling principals
  • 2 years Sales Operations experience with advanced experience in Salesforce.com
  • 1 years Experience managing or coaching Sales or Lead Gen teams
  • 2 years working remotely
  • 4 years experience prospecting Business to Business solutions to C-level and VP-level prospects
  • 4 years cold calling prospects and managing leads
