Job Summary

An online school of higher education is filling a position for a Remote Bachelor of Science Elementary Education Faculty Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Teach courses and evaluate major assessment
  • Support student success in a diverse population of adult learners
  • Participate in faculty meetings

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel to university events and residencies
  • Doctoral degree in the field of study or closely related field
  • Post baccalaureate education in math, science, social studies, or literacy
  • 3 years teaching elementary level and working with a K-6 school/district within past 5 years
  • Teaching certificate that includes elementary criteria
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and leveraging technology in learning
