Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Back End Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and supporting server-side logic and interfaces that power our products
- Writing backend services and APIs for new functionality and products
- Building for scale, availability, performance, and security across the stack
Position Requirements Include:
- Background and experience in software development
- You’ve created and supported APIs and have worked closely with app teams
- Understanding of both relational and non-relational database systems
- Knowledge of how the internet and networking works
- Experience with how systems work at scale
- A passion for scale & performance and experience with distributed systems
