Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Back End Engineering Director .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Mentor engineers to build data platforms with personal information protection in mind
- Help borrowers understand how to achieve their own financial freedom
- Give lenders the information on how to offer the best value to borrowers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Monthly team-building exercises and quarterly in-person events
- Worked on platforms that ingest, understand, and activate data at scale
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security and Compliance groups
- Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map
