Job Summary
A recruiting platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Back End Node.js Javascript Engineer in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing, implementing or improving features in a variety of backend systems
- Writing and maintaining scalable, performant code that can be shared across platforms
- Meaningfully contributing to the product and core backend systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience building web applications
- Experience in writing applications in Node.js
- Experience implementing highly-available distributed systems / microservices
- Experience with scalable backend APIs
- Understanding monitoring and alerting platforms is a plus
- Attention to detail and a passion for correctness
