A digital services company has an open position for a Remote Back End Software Engineer III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:

- Using modern programming languages and frameworks to build scalable services
- Building and working with APIs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience developing consumer-facing web applications, services, and APIs
- Experience developing web applications in Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go, Python, or Java
- Experience working with relational databases
- Understanding of the fundamental technologies of the web: HTTP, SSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
- Experience and understanding of at least one agile methodology such as Scrum, XP, or SAFe
- Experience with Amazon Web Services, in particular EC2, S3, and RDS
