Job Summary
A mobile bill payments platform company has an open position for a Remote Backend Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop backend architecture and code for our mobile and web apps
- Collaborate with product and other stakeholders in the business
- Develop backend applications and components, and integrations with third party systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 4+ years of proven Java experience
- Open to working with PHP
- Experiene with Git for version control
- Some proficiency in SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Have knowledge of REST, Spring, Gradle/Maven
- Have impeccable verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
