Job Summary
A government contracting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Backend Engineer in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Work with team to consistently ship new features and system improvements
- Help identify areas of improvement in code base
- Strive to improve the overall experience in our product through improving the quality of the backend
Qualifications for this position include:
- College Degree or HS Degree with relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL Triggers, user-defined types, JSON functions and operators
- Self-motivated, self-directed, team player
- Experience working in a continuous software delivery CI/CD environment with other teammates
- Must have a working understanding on utilization of APIs for building reactive user interfaces
