Job Summary
A live event ticketing company has an open position for a Remote Backend Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating and following through with feature development, from project inception to technical planning to launch
- Iterating on solutions based on internal and external (customer) feedback
- Providing deep insights and developing solutions into event ticketing domain challenges
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Several years of experience working in the live event ticketing industry
- Expertise in the latest development best practices, particularly PHP 8 and MySQL 5.7+ (Amazon Aurora MySQL)
- Experience with a web framework; we are running Symfony 5
- Unit test and debugging skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills at all levels of an organization
