Job Summary
An international financial technology company is in need of a Remote Backend Senior Software Engineer in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working to constantly improve the experience for both employees (mobile app) and employers
- Integrating with various 3rd party APIs both to facilitate financial transactions via financial service providers and integrating with payroll systems to extract employee and payroll data
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications for this position include:
- Deep experience with Python, SQL, REST APIs and the AWS stack
- Full stack with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
- Prior experience with banking or payments
